The third time’s the charm! We cannot thank you all enough for the support you’ve shown us as we get Shake Boston off the ground. Join us in March for our third edition of Shake! to do it all again. But this time with the one-and-only, elusive creative genius known as ADEN!
We’ll just come out and say it: the man behind this unfamiliar name is Travis Stewart, a veteran producer who’s been setting off dancefloors as Machinedrum for 15 years. As Aden he makes pure and effective stomping club tracks. It’s no surprise Stewart would need an outlet for this music–he co-runs the Ultramajic label with Jimmy Edgar. Edgar absolutely leveled the first Shake party back in December and we’re incredibly excited to see what Aden has in store for us this month. (P.S.… He’s playing a 2-hour set).

Will Martin should be a familiar name to most Boston clubgoers. He moved to New York in December but while he lived in Boston he played excellent sets all over the city, including the monthly Gallery party at which he was a resident. In 2014 he and John Barera released a full-length album on Dolly which earned rave reviews in XLR8R, Resident Advisor, and numerous other publications. Will comes to us fresh from gigs at Fabric and Tresor. Need we say more?

Shake resident Ali Berger is a producer, live act, and DJ committed to the party. After last month’s improvised live set he’s looking forward to playing some records and sharing some of his unreleased studio productions.
