It’s hard to explain what it’s like to hear Houston native Wheez-ie behind the turntables. He’s technically skilled beyond most DJs’ wildest dreams. He has a wide-ranging taste in music, from Southern rap to juke to jungle to Eurodance. Most importantly, he has the rare ability turn his skills and taste into sets that are fun to dance to. Sure, you can watch in awe as he throws down track after unbelievable track faster than a club hip-hop DJ, but more likely you’ll be too busy losing your mind out on the floor. Good Life was Wheez-ie’s home turf when he lived in Boston and we’re pumped to welcome him back for another night of mayhem.

LINDALE + deMC (RWD.fm | Boston)
Boston stalwarts Lindale (Hendra Marshall and Charles Beck) have manned the airwaves on RWD.fm every Tuesday night for 3 years, often joined by deMC (Harrison Brown) on the mic. Their passion for music is beyond question, as is their record collection. These three share that chemistry that only comes from years of playing music together and we’re excited to hand them the sound system and see what they have in store for us.

Fens has been a behind-the-scenes member of the Shake crew for the last few months. After a hiatus from DJ gigs he’s back with a vengeance and plenty of dope tunes–the time is right for him to step up and rock the house. He’s joined by veteran DJ and fellow Mmmmaven instructor Damian Silva. You probably know Damian as a key member of the legendary BASSIC crew but his taste extends into techno, house and electro, and if you’ve seen him DJ you know he’s always on point.
